MAILS FOR THE WAIKATO
WORK OF DISTRIBUTION. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] | HAMILTON. Monday. The chief postmaster, Hamilton, advises that mails are being dealt with most expeditiously at his office, which is now" ?ne distributing centre for the whole of the Waikato districts. The usually busy office at the Frankton railway station has been closed, and the staff is attached to Hamilton. The office is in no way .congested, and only a small accumulation of second-class matter is on hand awaiting despatch. i_* ) offices in the district are in receipt °i at least one mail each day.
