DESERTERS FROM FLEET.
BLUEJACKETS IN SYDNEY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 27. Prior to the departure of the light cruisers of the British Special Service Squadron for New Zealand or. Saturday, it was found that 50 ratings had deserted. A search by the police for the missing men proved unavailing.
