BLACKMAILING PESTS.
INCREASE IN SENTENCES. LONODN. April 7. In a leading article endorsing the Criminal Appeal Court's action in adding a year to the sentences of two young blackmailers sentenced to seven and six years' imprisonment, the London Daily Mail says that blackmail is the vilest and most cowardly of crimes, and that society is determined to rid itself of blackmailing pests. , _«__
