It is expected thai tie negotiations in regard to the salary schedules between the Postmaster-General, Hon. J. G. Coates, and the Post and Telegraph Officers' Association will be opened on Monday or Tuesday. As already stated the schedules have been received by the representatives of the employees, and hare been considered by them. -
