ORDER FOR POSSESSION.
HENDERSON CROWN LAND.
' Judgment for possession of a nine-acre property at Henderson was sought by the Commissioner of Crown Lands (Mr. Hubble) from Arthur Wetherell in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Herdman. ■ Counsel for plaintiff stated that defendant was a long way behind with his instalments and interest, and the property had been bought in by the Crown in October, 1922. Defendant had remained in occupation ever since without payment. . His Honor gave judgment for plaintiff, with costs. One month was allowed for possession to be given.
