THE AUCKLAND CLUB. THE E. E. BLOOMFIELD BOWL The weather was beautifully fine on Saturday at Middiomore, when the first rouna of the tu. ix. xnoomneia Bowl was played by members of the Auckland Goif Olub. About 60 players took part. The course was in good playing condition, notwithstanding the' heavy rains that ,- have recently fallen, but the heavy growth in the rough made it a severe penalty to any player who left the fairway.
