The Daily Express states that it is understood that the ' 15-year-old Earl of Poulett, now at Eton College, is the centre of a dispute between his mother and his trustees. The latter are endeavouring to deprive the mother of the guardianship of the young peer and his sister. The battle is likely to be fought out in the Court of Chancery, though the details will not be made public. The young earl s mother was appearing in the Gaiety Theatre, Havana, when she married the late earl in 1908. The latter died on active service in 1918.
