I OXFORD ROWING MAN. A. and N.Z. LONDON. April 6. The Sunday Express relates a sensational sequel to the university boat race. Mr. P. C. Mailing, who rowed bow for Oxford, was requested to leave the Empire music hall in Leicester Square on Saturday right. After trying to pass the police in order to re-enter he was taken to the police station and detained for a time.
