TRAGEDY IN VAUDEVILLE. •j ~~ A. and N.Z. « LONDON, April 6. Two brothers, vaudeville artists, known under the stage names of Hunter and Bob, who were recently in Australia, have been performing a knockabout comedy act in English halls. When appearing a<? the Northampton Hippodrome, th© elder brother, pretending to be drunk, ordered champagne. The younger brother, who acted as a waiter, while opening the bottle, fell dead. The audience believed it to be parti of the comedy till fhe curtain was lowered. Deceased was aged 40. His proper name was O'Halloran. Bio was on the eve of leaving England to fulfil an engagement in America.
