ECONOMIC CONFERENCE
RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED,,
ALL TO BE DISCUSSED.
(Received 5.5 p.m.)
Reuler. LONDON, Mar. 19. Asked in the House of Commons whether he intended to present the resolutions passed by : the Imperial Economic Conference before the Budget was introduced, or to incorporate them in 'the Budget, so that they could be discussed, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald replied that it would be improper to introduce resolutions dealing with the Budget before the introduction of the Budget. It would be useless to introduce them after the Budget, and, therefore, the Government was carefully considering every single resolution.
LONDON, Mar. 19.
As soon as he had decided in regard to all the resolutions, Mr. Mac Donald said, he would communicate with the leaders of other parties, and see if they agreed. Every resolution would have an opportunity of being submitted to the House in some form.
