The Prime Minister said to-day that ho had given Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald the fullest, authority to publish the text of his reply to the British Prime Minister's communication regarding tho Singapore base question. "J have reason to believe that the replies will not be published, in full," said Mr. Massey. "However, I am not done with Singapore yet."-
