DOCK WORKERS' DISPUTE.
OUTLOOK LESS THREATENING OFFER FROM EMPLOYERS. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Feb. 8. The dock workers' wages dispute is less threatening. The employers offer an additional shilling a day, and promise sympathetic consideration of the demand for a guarantee of a week's work to remedy the irregularity of employment, which is the dockers' greatest source of hardship.
