THREE SHOPS DAMAGED. [bx ITBLEGRAPH. —press association.] -.'! ' FAHIATUA. Friday. A fire early this morning completely gutted the premises occupied by Mr. F." Hedges, jeweller, while damage was done to the adjoining shops of Mrs. Cormack (costumier) and Mr. B. J. Kelleher (butcher). The Club Hotel had a \ narrowescape. Messrs. Hedges' and» Kelleher's premises are owned by Mrs. E. M. Crewe, and the Club Hotel by, Staples' Brewery/ Co. The insurances are not available.
