- At a British Board Trade inquiry into the loss of the/British steamship Villareal Mr. Cunliffe, for the board, said that the ship's papers had "been reported to have been picked up at a fishing village on the River Elbe in Germany, arid they would vwy : likely be able to get them before the Court. i The ;, Chairman, Mr. J.
