Monday.;; On a charge of selling an ice-cream on Sunday, Mrs. Lucy Bezer was fined 10s and costs in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day. Mr. King, who appeared for defendant, said his client had lived next door to a policeman in another town, and had been allowed to sell ice-creams on Sunday. On the occasion of the present breach twc> policemen were standing outside the shop and ■'. she knew ; they were there when the customer entered.
