SPANISH AND ITALIAN. OUTRAGE IN PHILADELPHIA Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.45 p.m.) NEW. YORK. Nov. 24. The Philadelphia correspondent of the New York Times states that a search in which the Federal Department of Justice is participating is being conducted for six young Spaniards believed to be representatives of an ariti-Fascist organisation, who bombed the Italian and Spanish Consulates in Philadelphia. Nearly 40 persons were slightly injured, and considerable damage to property was done. The bombing is believed t« have been meant as a protest against the recent Fascist agreement between Signor Mussolini and General de Rivera. The Spanish Consul, who narrowly escaped death, stated that he had been visited during the previous day by nearly a score of unemployed Spaniards, whose actions he considered suspicious. He ave them each a dollar and asked them to return next day. ... Spectators declare that they saw several persons, who were speaking Spanish, skulk about the Consulate previous to the explosion. ' Guards have been stationed at the Italian and Spanish Consulates in other American cities to prevent further outrage.
