A. and N.Z. LONDON. Nov. 20. A nation of Messrs. Lever Bros, and the Shell and Asiatic Petroleum Companies is proposing to develop the candlemaking industry on a large scale. ; The new combine, called ■■ " Candles, Limited," lias a capital of £8,500,000, and is marketing a new type of triangular candle which, it is claimed, ; gives 10 per cent, better light. . •/<]
