A split has occurred in the OttomanAmerican Development Company, which is the holder of extensive concessions in Turkey, including the Chester • concession, which has been a bone of contention at the council tables of Europe Several of the company's most powerful and influential trustees and directors resigned to-day, as a result of an attempt to sell £200,000 worth of . stock to the public at £20 a share.
