At the Supreme Court to-day, Keith Gough, by his guardian, Joseph Gough, sued Ernest Edward Booth for £404, as compensation 'for damages sustained by plaintiff, who was riding a bicycle, in collision with a motor-car. > A jury of four returned a verdict for plaintiff for £159 15s 6d, and judgment was given accordingly.',"; .''■ - . k >
