HOT WATER FOR BEAUTY.
Hot water taken internally is a great aid to beauty. " It will often improve a dull,- sallow complexion, cure a red nose, or remove spots or blotches, if it is sipped slowly for half an hour before breakfast and last thing at night. A glassful of hot water will be sufficient at one time. 'Hie water, must be freshly boiled and must not be drunk straight off. In this way it is a stimulant and will help to cn.o indigestion, provided it is taken regularly for at least six T weeks. A glass of'hot water sipped the last thing at night will in some cases prevent sleeplessness, and if a '•inch' of salt 'is added to a glass of hot water it will frequently remove a sick headache, provided it is taken as soon as the pain begins.
