JESSIE McKENZIE'S CASE. [BY TELEGEAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.! ' DUNEDIN. Tuesday. At the Supreme Court to-day, sentence was deferred in the case of Jessie McKeazie, on probation. Mr. Justice Sim stated that he required particulars of a previous charge of shop-lifting in Auckland, as to which counsel stated that medical evidence had been called to the effect that at certain times the woman was not responsible for 1-H" actions. . ; Andrew Young, for assault, causing bodily harm, was admitted to three years probation.
