+ ■ CLAIM FOR FEES DECIDED. j A claim for £18, being the fee for the i preparation of building plans, was thb . subject of an action brought before Mr. F. 'j K. Hunt, S.M., in tho Magistrate's Court | yesterday by G. S. Gold&boro (Mr i Thwaites) against G. Thorne George (Mr. | Reed). The defence was that the build- , I ing had not been erected, and that the ! plans had been ordered on the under- • | standing that no charge was to be made I unless they were used. Plaintiff denied j that any such provision had been men--1 tioned. After hearing evidence, the mag--1 j istrate gave judgment for plaintiff for £10 ; with costs £4 8s 6d.
