The President, Mr. Calvin Goolidgo r has decided ■ to cancel the present ..wheat emergency, measures by utilising the existing Government agencies. The President will order an official, survey of the conditions in the Western wheat belt for the.: purpose of. 'assisting r. growers. to organise co-operative marketing, associations to be financed by. r local banks..
