Several minor accidents occurred during the week-end. X }
A nine-year-old boy v named Leonard Arnold, who lives at Ostehd, Waiheke Island, was wounded in the thigh .by a pea-rifle bullet while 'but, !; shooting rabbits 'with other' boys yester3ay. . It is stated that a cartridge jammed, and on an attempt b'iing mad© to extract it, the rifle wont of;. <:-' Arnold wis brought to the city by boat yesterday afternoon, and was conveyed to the hospital in. the St. John ambulance. . ■~
A married woman, Mrs. :: Smith, L, who lives in Crescent Roach One Tree Hill, fell while alighting from a tram, car in, Epsom, about 7.30 p.m. on Saturday. ■■•■>£' collision between \ a, motor-cycle and a motor-car occurred outside the hospital gates shortly after five o'clock On; Saturday afternoon. The rider of the cycle, Mr. J. W.
