A. and N.Z. DELHI, Aug. 5. Four armed dacoits 'raided a branch post office in Central Calcutta. The Indian postmaster, refusing to hand over the takings, was shot dead. His assailants, in retreating, fired at 'a passer-by. It is believed they failed to secure any booty. One of them has been arrested. v
