SEPARATED BUT NOT PAETED
A decree nisi has been granted by Mrl Justice Stringer in the action for divorce brought on June 9 by Mary "Williams (Mr. Northcroft), who sought a dissolution of her marriage with Walter Keith Williams, a storekeeper, of Ohura, on the ground of mutual separation for a period of mora than three years. The outstanding point was that althougn .petitioner andtojspondenfc had not lived together as man" and wife they had continued to live in the same house, the husband having established a bedroom of his own and having also a furnished sitting-room at his business premises. ' He had allowed petitioner £3 for board, he taking his meals at different hours from Cne meal times of the family. He did not speak ; either to his wife or their children. BusiI ness . communications between the parties | were \.:arried on through their respective ; solicitors. V " .
