Authority was granted to -Mr. W. Marshall to build a slipway and wharf on the northern portion of the Tauranga peninsula at a rental of £20 annually. The engineers submitted particulars of the proposed servico jetty at Pilot Bay, which is to be constructed in connection with the transport of stone for harbour works. Tho approximate cost is £1500.
