THAMES EXPRESS CANCELLED
EXCURSION TICKETS EXPIRING.
The express trains running between Auckland and Thames will be discontinued between Auckland and Morrinsville on ahd after next Monday. The AucklandRotorua express, which at present leaves at 10 a-m., will now leave at 9.5 a.m.. and will take passengers for Cambridge' Waihi and Thames lines. The up and down Rotorua expresses will make stops between Auckland and Morrinsvillo previously made by the Thames express. The train from Rotorua will now arrive at Auckland at 4.58 p.m. Changes in the Morrinsville-Thames, Paeroa-Waihi, and L the Auckland suburban services are also 1 announced sby the department. : I The period for which the Easter railj way excursion tickets are available exI pires at midnight to-morrow. Passengers j for Auckland from stations further south ! than Taumarunui will therefore require -to commence their homeward journey toi day, while those travelling in the opposite j direction to beyond Taumarunwi must j leave by a train not later than this evening's Main Trunk express. ;>. ..
