THREE FREIGHT SECTIONS. TEMPORARY ARRANGEMENT [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHTJECH, Friday. Mr. McVilly states that as long as the Otira Tunnel is under control of the Public Works Department, the Midland railway will be run on the three section basis. Mr. McVilly estimated that/ this would continue for three months, but he .would not indicate subsequent policy.
