BUSINESS MAN'S SUICIDE.
LETTER TO HIS WIFE. l [by telegraph.— association.] , WELLINGTON, Friday. At the inquest concerning the death of Charles Silas Kelly, a well-known business man, who was found at his seaside residence at Day's Bay with: his throat cut, the evidence went to show that Ihe was in financial difficulties- Hej had left a letter for his wife, stating that ha was "finishing all." A verdict was returned that death was due '«to i a';■ self-in-flicted wound in the throat, while in a state of temporary depression/ ;
