HUSBAND KILLS WIFE.
FATAL "WILLIAM TELL" ACT.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 9.5 p.m.) VIENNA, March 22. A crowded theatre witnessed a tragedy during a "William Tell" act. Alexander Brenner announced that he would shoot glass balls and electric light globes on his wife's head. His first shot struck the woman's forehead, killing her instantly. The man appeared broken-hearted, but the police arrested him. It is alleged that ho had a liaison with a pretty dancing girl.
