GRAMAPHONE CO. INTERVENES
INFRINGEMENT ALLEGED.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (".Received 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 22. A gramophone company has warned its singers and musicians that they are legally debarred from taking part in wireless broadcasting concerts, •as a clause in their contracts prohibits them from performing into any sound-record-ing or sound-producing machines, except those of the gramaphone company.
