RECORD JURORS' FEES.

FIVE GUINEAS A DAY.

Australian and NJJ- Cable Association. (Reed. 9.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 23.

A New South Wales record for jurors' fees has been established in the Supreme Court case in which Emanuel Myerson is claiming £10,000 < damages for alleged libel from the Smith's Weekly Publishing Company. The fees of the jurors, who have been now empanelled 23 days, commenced at 10s 6d a day and gradually rose to £4 Is a day. To-day the fees were increased to five guineas.
