CRICKET.
AUCKLAND ASSOCIATION.
The Management Committee of the Auckland Cricket Association met last evening, Professor H. S. Dettman presiding. It was decided that the senior matches that were not finished on January 27 be completed next Saturday. These are: Grafton v. Parnell and University ▼. Ponsonby. The New Zealand Council asked - _ the opinion of the association en the eight-ball-to-the-over rule, and it was resolved to support eight balls to the over. University were granted permission to take a team to Kotorua, at Easter, and Parnell a team to Waihi. MATCHES FOR SATURDAY.
