A FAVOURABLE REPORT.

LONDON, March. 6. Sir Henry Dundas has returned from a Government mission of inquiry into cotton growing in South Africa- He said that the possibilities were decidedly good. The British Government,, is in receipt of his report, and will probably take steps to stimulate growing on a large scale.
