BAVARIAN MONARCHISTS.

A COUP FRUSTRATED. RINGLEADERS ARRESTED. A. and N.Z. LONDON. March 8. A monarchist revolutionary plot was discovered at Munich, and many arrests were made. The Public Prosecutor, who was alleged to be implicated, committed suicide.

A Munich message states that the* plot was designed to bring about in tnc immediate future a violent change in the Bavarian Constitution. Seven subject* have been detained. The ringleaders are: Professor Fnch, art and dramatic writer, and Hugo Machsaris, concert conductor.

The Public Prosecutor, who committed suicide, was a brother-in-law of Count Bothmer, an active participator in the former monarchist plot, who compromised the movement by secret interviews with French generals in Rhineland.
