Nosworthy, Minister for Agriculture, stated to-day that, in view of the fact that the Government was still holding faidy heavy stocks of wheat, which it had purchased from fanners last season, it had been decided not to remove the embargo on the importation of flour or wheat into New Zealand from Australia. .'. .
