RELATIONS WITH ENEMY. SENSATIONAL TRIAL HINTED Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.5 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 13. Ernest Judefc, former editor of L' Eclair, who was recently sentenced in absence to imprisonment for life for treasonable relations with the enemy, has notified the judicial " authorities that he intends to return from Switzerland to obtain a rehearing of the case. It is believed in some quarters that the trial will prove one of the most important domestic affairs in France in recent years, and that it will furnish dramatic revelations in connection with the "Affaire Caillaux." It is stated that Caillaux, who was sentenced to banishment- from Paris for treasonable relations with the enemy during the war, is making strong political headway in the provinces.
