MESSAGE FROM KEMAL. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Feb. 13. The Constantinople correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that Kemal Pasha sent • a message to the Caliphate Committee in India, declaring that the Turkish victory over Greece not only saved Turkey, but would encourage all the oppressed against their oppressors. '■. "I hope and pray to Allah that all your efforts for freedom in India will be crowned with success in the near future. There is great honour for India in our victory; your moral and material help has been of great, use ■ tous," he concluded. .
