ULTIMATUM DISAVOWED. A. and N.Z. PARIS, Feb. 13. The Petit Parisian says that although the Turkish ultimatum to the Allies is denied by the Angora Government, the Turks have expressed a desire to settle the Smyrna question within three days. Ferid Bey, the representative of the Angora Government in Paris, informed the French Foreign Office that the Turkish Government regards the Allied dragging for mines in Smyrna waters as an unfriendly act. It considers that the Mudros armistice was cancelled by the Mudania armistice. Nevertheless a solution is hoped for. „
