INCITEMENT AGAINST BRITAIN URGED TO THROW OFF YOKE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.5 p.m.) CAIRO, Jan. 14. Mustapha Kemal has telegraphed inciting Egyptians to throw off the British yoke.
