HOSPITAL FOR ANIMALS.
MISANTHROPE'S BEQUEST. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Becd. 10.5 p.m.) NEW YORK. Jan. 10. Mrs. Simon McKie, a misanthrope, but great lover of animals, has announced that she will bequeath her entire fortune, which is unofficially estimated at 1,000,000 dollars, toward the foundation of an animal hospital bearing her name and containing; a bust of herself, in which her ashesi will be deposited. Over the door will be carved the inscription, " The more I saw of people the more I thought of dogs."
