KIDNEYS IN LAMBS.
MEAT IMPORTERS' REPLY. COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 10. Replying to a cablegram from the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board announcing its intention to continue shipping lambs with kidneys, the Incorporated Society ,of Meat; Importers lias cabled that if this course is pursued the board bear the consequences and responsibility. Buyers will expect the board to make good all losses. The society fails to understand why the change has been made against unanimous and very strong protests by the trade, which has bought New Zealand lambs' for many years.
