Wragge:—A new Antarctic disturbance, named Zelliad, is now evidently in high latitudes oi the Tasman Sea, arid its northern half operates over both islands. This implies further dull and cloudy weather, with times of rain. Winds between north-west and south-west, inclined to back northerly. Sea moderate. RAINFALL RECORD. Fall in City for tlie 24 hours ended midnight, Deo. 20 (Hehald gauge). . 03in. Total fcr month, up to 9 a.m. Tuesday (Albert Park gauge) . . 5.07 in.
