DAIRYING AT TE KAHA. [BY TEJJ2GRA.FH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] OPOTIKI. Tuesday. It is expected that a butter factory will shortly be established on the co-operative principle at Te Kaha, a. small settlement on the East Coast. Splendid support in the matter of taking up shares has been promised as there are some excellent dairy flats in the vicinity which are admirably suited for the grazing of dairy cattle. Already attention is being directed to the purchase of dairy heifers from Taranaki as it will b© necessary to introduce dairy herds into the new diatrjot,
