WELLINGTON. Tuesday.

The Queensland bowlers were entertained to-day by a motor drive round the Hutt Valley, Day's Bay and Eastbourne. At Lower Hutt they were fiyen a cordial reception, the pavilion eing decorated with flowers. The guests were shown round rfome residents' garden at Day's Bay, which are noted for their charm and natural beauty, set amid the undisturbed bush.

At the Eastbourne green a civic reception was tendered to the team, and a Maori haka was given by the members of the Eastbourne Club. A match was played, resulting New Zealand 101, Queensland 91.
