(Reed. 5 p.m.) NEW YORK, I>ec. 16. Charlie White defeated Eitchie Mitchell in the tenth round. Tho fight was scheduled for 15 rounds, but the referee stopped after Mitchell had been. knocked down twice, being nearly counted out on each occasion.
At St. Paul, Tommy Gibbons easily defeated Billy Miske in 10 rounds.
DECLARED NO CONTEST.

At the Stadium, being dissatisfied with the contestants' showing-, the referee stopped the fight between Billy Tingle and Bobby Gray in the twelfth round and declared it no contest. •
SPARGO BEATS JACKS. Australian and K" Z. Cable Association. (Rood. 5 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Dec. 16. Spargo defeated iFred Jacks, of the United States, on points.
