CHINESE BANDITS.
AN AMERICAN KILLED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 10.30 p.ifl.) PUKING, Dec. 16. Charles Colt-man, an American merchant, has died of wounds inflicted by Chinese bandits who fired on his motorcar.
