[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. Edward Grange Quartermain. aged 66 years, whose wife died some months ago, was found hanging from a bedpost at his residence, Smith Street, Riccarton. About. 40 years ago Quartermain, while employed a:; an engine cleaner, had both legs cut off above the knees by a shunting engine, and latterly he had been suffering from his injuries.
