STRONG POLITICAL FEELING. A. and N.Z. WARSAW. Dec. 12. Following the Presidential election, the supporters of the Right Party besieged Parliament House and were followed by supporter:! of the Left. When M. Narstowicz, the new President, appeared at one of the exits he was immediately surrounded and pelted with snow. He had to be rescued by guards, who drove off the demonstrators. Troops had to fire to quell the disturbances. In other parts of the city four rioters were killed and ten wounded.
